The second bottle today is Aizan.
Compared to Sake Mirai, it has a sweeter flavor. I still feel the Aizan sensation! ⇽I'm not sure if I'm feeling the Aizan sensation correctly.
I was in the mood for Aizan today, but it is very possible that Sake Mirai would be a better match depending on the meal it is paired with.
Sake Mirai is refreshing and delicious! Aizan, on the other hand, is refreshing but has a gorgeous taste.
Tomorrow, I will enjoy the second day of the bottle with Buri Shabu Shabu.
（I'm looking forward to drinking Akabu as well, since Jikkomai was also more umami.)
