The aroma is sweet. Pear? Hard to describe. It is not fruity, but sweetness of rice. It is easy to drink and taste the sweetness of the rice on top of the alcohol taste. The sweetness and sharpness are very good.
It is stable enough to be used as a sake alone or as a food sake!
