At Izakaya Takamasa. As it is called "nama-gara-shu", it has a mild taste with sweetness. As an after-dinner sake, it can be enjoyed on its own. A delicious sake.
I expected it to be sweet because it is undiluted sake, but it has a surprisingly solid taste and a touch of spiciness. It also has a little bit of miscellaneous taste.
Fruity taste. On the first day, it seemed a little sharp and a little carbonated on the tongue, but this may be because it was brewed with nama-moto. As the day went by, it became mellower.
The same melon aroma as always. Delicious.
Senkou is a domaine for all the raw rice.
As soon as you drink it, you can feel a little carbonation on the tip of your tongue.
The taste is a combination of acidity and fruity, and it goes on smoothly.
