I expected it to be sweet because it is undiluted sake, but it has a surprisingly solid taste and a touch of spiciness. It also has a little bit of miscellaneous taste.

Fruity taste. On the first day, it seemed a little sharp and a little carbonated on the tongue, but this may be because it was brewed with nama-moto. As the day went by, it became mellower. The same melon aroma as always. Delicious. Senkou is a domaine for all the raw rice.

開けた瞬間のメロンのような香りにビックリ。米、麹、酵母菌からこんな香りを産み出しているとは。 味わい自体も香りと同様フルーティーな印象であるが、純米吟醸ということもありお米の存在感も感じられる一杯。

生原酒を飲んだあとに飲むと、やはり鼻に最後にアルコールが抜ける感じがあった。また、味も生原酒対比だと膨らみがないのっぺりとした印象。甘さなどは近いものがあったが膨らみがない。
