At Izakaya Takamasa. It is pure rice, but it is not too sharp, but you can feel a little spiciness. It goes well with sashimi.

Fruity taste. On the first day, it seemed a little sharp and a little carbonated on the tongue, but this may be because it was brewed with nama-moto. As the day went by, it became mellower.
The same melon aroma as always. Delicious.
Senkou is a domaine for all the raw rice.

開けた瞬間のメロンのような香りにビックリ。米、麹、酵母菌からこんな香りを産み出しているとは。
味わい自体も香りと同様フルーティーな印象であるが、純米吟醸ということもありお米の存在感も感じられる一杯。

タグ不明。日本酒らしい、しっかりとした味わい。アルコールが鼻に抜ける感じがあった。

会で頂いたが、非常に華やかでフルーティな印象であった。

香り高いというのが初めの印象。味わい自体も純米大吟醸であるが、しっかりとした印象であった。

生原酒を飲んだあとに飲むと、やはり鼻に最後にアルコールが抜ける感じがあった。また、味も生原酒対比だと膨らみがないのっぺりとした印象。甘さなどは近いものがあったが膨らみがない。

青い瓶が特徴的。初めての生原酒であったが、ふっくらとした甘味のあるお酒。お米の甘味を感じることが出来た感動の一杯。
