It's my first ALPHA type 3 in Kaze no Mori🍃💕. I've never had an ALPHA type 3 before. It's so refreshing and clear, I can't get enough of it. The only "fire-retarded sake🔥" in Kaze no Mori, it's like a raw sake✨🌸✨. Recommended for those who like fruity sake like Akabe and Senkou😊.

I bought the jacket💕. I've always imagined that senkou was a kabuto beetle, but there are also red dragonflies ❗. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. Isn't it alcohol?" I thought (maybe I'm exaggerating) ✨(*≧ω≦)✨. I love the refreshing acidity of Senkou, and this Red Dragonfly is just as good 😆. I found out that it's a blend of Yamadanishiki, Kamenoo and Omachi 💡. I'm afraid my palate can't explain how the blend has a positive effect on it, but... -∀-)

I bought this on the recommendation of the clerk at the Hasegawa Sake Store (*≧ω≦) It's the first time to drink this brand When you put it in your mouth, you will first feel the clear and beautiful taste of rice✨. I feel a slight stimulation on my tongue, but then an elegant aroma spreads fluently in my mouth🌸 I can't get enough of this moment and the lingering aftertaste that follows ☺️. I've found another delicious sake💕. This is a Kumamoto sake 🐻. I've always thought of Kyushu as a shochu region, so this is a new discovery 🎵! It has an elegant aroma and beautiful taste, and the label is beautiful, so I recommend it for celebratory occasions.

I've always wanted to try Mitsui no Kotobuki, Porcini💕. Last year, when I wanted to drink it, I couldn't find it in any of the liquor stores ( ´-ω-). I'm lucky to get it this year🎵. Holy shit, it's super refreshing to drink! And this ginjo aroma that fills my mouth after it leaves is unbearable😊✨. It's delicious 😋🍴 By the way, porcini is the name of a mushroom in Italy, a fragrant mushroom that is called the Italian matsutake 🍄🍄. Indeed, the ginjo aroma was mellow😆. It's getting cooler now, but it's also good to drink on a slightly hot day (*≧ω≦)

This is the last bottle of the Kaze no Mori 3 bottle set. This is the 807 series, made with Omachi🌾 and less polished rice (80% polishing ratio) ✨. Mmm, this one is also delicious ❗😄. The aroma is like melon candy 🤔. It has a juicy sweetness and a nice sourness, and then a complex flavor that is also pleasant 🎵. It has a complex taste and a bitter taste, but it's still delicious 🙃. Kaze no Mori was so delicious that I was shocked(*≧ω≦). I think I will buy it again on Rakuten😁.

This is my first brand! I heard it's called Houhai🤔. I thought it would be neat and dry because of its martial design, but it seems to be more fruity than I expected (*≧ω≦) You can enjoy the refreshing taste and the aroma that is typical of a Ginjo🎵. The aroma gave me the impression of melon candy. It's delicious 💕. I guess it gives the impression of a food sake🤔. I wanted to pair it with bonito tataki (********).

This is the second bottle of the Kaze no Mori 3 bottle set (purchased online)💕. I was surprised at how different the taste was from the first bottle of Akitsuho (*PДﾟﾟ*). The Akitsuho tasted like pears, but this one tasted like pineapple 🍍. The moment you put it in your mouth, it's pineapple, but after that comes the complexity like sourness, astringency, and bitterness❗. It's delicious 🎵. I looked it up and found that the rice polishing ratio is 80%! The flavors that are generally referred to as miscellaneous flavors can be so delicious....... Recommended for those who like fruity and sour sake✨.

I was sold a set of three bottles on Rakuten, so I did not hesitate to snap them up (*≧ω≦) This is the first bottle of the set of three✨. I heard that this brand is the most standard. So let's drink it right away! Holy shit, this is delicious! What a drink⁉️ First of all, the slight carbonation is outrageously pleasant❗🎵. The flavor is.... If I had to describe it in one word, it would be pear 🍐🤔. It's got an aroma and taste just like Toyosui! (Toyosui is my personal favorite brand!). 🍀 I love the sweetness, the clean acidity, and the sharpness of the flavor that comes through (*≧ω≦) I can see why it's so popular on the Sake no Wa app! If you've never tried it, I recommend you try it at least once! It's a drink that's worth every penny!

This is my first time to try Kamoshiki (*≧ω≦) I bought it because it was on the "Recommendations for you" section of this app✨. I've been to Niigata a few times, but I'm ashamed to say that I've never seen this brand before ((no...)). When I drank it, I found that this is a very refreshing sake❗. And the elegant ginjo aroma is a nice touch🎵. Hmmm, would it be appropriate to describe it as a sake suitable for eating 🤔? Anyway, it's delicious! I've been wanting to try a bottle of Toyo Bijin (*≧ω≦) Hmmm, this is quite delicious❗💕. I was surprised to see this quality for 1300~1400 yen 🙄. I've been shocked since Instrument Masamune✨. The aroma reminds me of a slightly sour fruit like strawberry🍓🎵. The taste is a nice balance between the richness of the rice and the light acidity (with a pleasant slightly bitter taste that comes later) 😆. This is a good choice for daily drinkers because of its cosiness (*).

I bought it because it was recommended by a clerk at Hasegawa Sake Store😁. It's a definite must have! Mmm, this is delicious 😆 ! When you drink it, the taste of rice and sweetness spreads in your mouth✨. After that, the sourness and astringency go through. The balance of sweetness and sourness is a nice touch💕. When I wrote this, I realized that it is a Kagoshima sake 💡. Speaking of Kagoshima, the image of Shochu and Sakurajima 🌋 It is a sake made by a sake brewery that used to make shochu. It's such a change of life 🙄! It is recommended for those who want to enjoy the juicy taste like a pure rice wine.

Oh my god, it's Akabu's summer sake🌻! This sake has a low alcohol content (13 degrees), so you can drink it easily ❗ Just a couple of degrees difference can change your impression😃. The fruity taste of Akatake is irresistible. I thought it had a nice juicy flavor and acidity in addition to its lightness, but it's an undiluted sake, isn't it? I think the main selling point of unpasteurized sake is the robust rice feeling, but this is so light it overturns that image 😋. I recommend it for those who want to enjoy sake casually❗ I think it would be great to enjoy it on the balcony with a champagne glass.
