I wanted to drink something that was typical of summer sake, so I chose the Ottersai Sparkling.
I was under the impression that sparkling was 50/50, but now I see that there is also 30/90😃.
Of course it's refreshing like sparkling, but I'm happy to feel the flavor of the rice (*≧ω≦)
The ori may be the key 🤔.
Recommended for those who want to drink a refreshing sake on a hot day✨.
