This is the second bottle of the Kaze no Mori 3 bottle set (purchased online)💕.
I was surprised at how different the taste was from the first bottle of Akitsuho (*PДﾟﾟ*).
The Akitsuho tasted like pears, but this one tasted like pineapple 🍍.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it's pineapple, but after that comes the complexity like sourness, astringency, and bitterness❗.
It's delicious 🎵.
I looked it up and found that the rice polishing ratio is 80%!
The flavors that are generally referred to as miscellaneous flavors can be so delicious.......
