My first cosmos! It's so delicious✨✨! The sweetness and sourness with a clean aftertaste. This is the best sake I've ever had! I want to try all of them, but I haven't yet, so I'm looking forward to it. The label is also stylish and beautiful.

Junmai Daiginjo of Hanayoake which I drank on the same day as No.6! When I drank it, the taste was gorgeous and when I put it in my mouth, the taste was strong and spread in my mouth. Personally, I prefer the refreshing sweet type, so I found the Shinsei's to be delicious! But it's one of the sakes I've always wanted to drink, so I'm glad I got to try it, even though it was quite pricey (^^)

I finally got to drink my long awaited Shinsei NO6 at an Izakaya called Domaka in Akihabara! I've had the Ecru and Colors series, and they're all delicious and my favorite sake, so I've always wanted to try them, but I never got around to it until now💦. My impression is that it's even better than I expected! It's light and silky, with a hint of sweetness, and then it just goes away and you don't feel any aftertaste. I was surprised at how easy it was to drink. I can't stop being a Shinsei fan after all! I thought I took a picture of the front, but for some reason only the back was left.

Today I had a bottle of Tanaka Rokugo at home that I've been wanting to drink for a while! I'll make love to you with sauteed enoki mushrooms and bean sprouts! The aroma is fruity, so I thought it would be sweet, but when I drank it, it was spicy. The aroma was fruity, so I thought it would be sweet, but when I drank it, it tasted pungent, but the aftertaste was clean and clear. It's not too sweet for a midday drink.

I bought this one to go to my senior's house for a home brew too! I checked the reviews and it was popular, so I wanted to try it once and bought it right away✨✨. When I took the first sip, it tasted like a thick sake, but after two or three sips, my mouth got used to it and the sweet aftertaste spread and it was really good! I could taste the melon flavor (^^)

I'm home drinking today at my seniors house! Last time I drank the Kaze no Mori Type 1, so today I bought and drank the Akitsuho 657 ✨✨. It was as sweet and tasty as ever! The Type 1 is a bit more refreshing 🤔. I'm not sure if the Type 1 is more refreshing or not, but I can feel the sake in it!

At a Chinese restaurant in Akihabara that I always go to, this time I got a sake called WAKAZO from Asakai Sake Brewery in Iwate! It's a -7 sake, and as always, it's a sweet and fruity sake that was very tasty✨✨. The aftertaste was quite rich, and rather than being refreshing, it was more of an umami spreader! The owner said it was a good price for a junmai sake, but it was very tasty (^^)

This will be the other sake we brought along with Jyoshinin Jiheiji! We talked to the sake shop and asked them to introduce it as a sweet, refreshing ✨. It's also really delicious. The label seems to have been made with the grape🍇 in mind, and the packaging is really cute, so I think it would make a good souvenir! Personally, I found it to be a delicious sake, similar to Kaze no Mori's Type 1!

I was invited to a friend's house for a home party, so I bought the sake I wanted to drink and drank it! I'd had Jyoshinin Jiheiji La Maison before, and it was very refreshing and tasty, so I bought the more expensive Rendezvous, which was also very refreshing and tasty. It's not too sweet, but it's not too spicy either, so it's a great sake to drink while eating ✨✨. I'm not a big fan of dry sake, so I liked this one, but if you like the taste of sake, it might be a little too light for you! I'd like to try a different kind too!

I bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori's Type 1 and drank it at my senior's house after work before the Obon holiday. When I opened the lid, it popped out with a bang and I was so surprised! The first glass was a beautiful fizzy, sweet sake that was very tasty! My senpai, who likes dry sake, didn't like it because it was a little too sweet (>_<). I think it's better to have a sake that isn't too sweet, but I thought this one was delicious✨✨.

I drank a bottle of Jyoshito Kuheiji La Maison that I bought as a gift for my parents! It was a light sake, not too dry and not too sweet ✨✨. The aftertaste was also refreshing and delicious! I bought the other types as well, so I'm going to try them in order (^^)

It had a very pop label✨✨. I drank it on the same day as the Niimasa Viridian, so the Niimasa tasted too good and I felt the sake was too strong💦💦. I feel like the taste and impression of sake can vary greatly depending on the conditions of the day and the sake you're comparing it to! (I just can't tell the difference in taste.)

I heard it's a sake called Tenbi from Yamaguchi Prefecture! I had it with my usual Chinese feeling in Akihabara! It's a refreshing, sweet sake, and it's easy to drink (^^). The more you drink, the more the sweetness spreads!

I really like all of the Shinsei series, and they are just delicious! It's fruity, tasteless, sweet, and very easy to drink. It seems that it's not easy to stock, so it's a must-drink when you come across it.

It's Corona season, so I went to my senior's house for a drink before the holidays! It was a gathering of the Slam Dunk generation, so I don't usually like to drink dry, but I was completely drawn to the label design and the fact that it was named after Michi, so I won! The double-sided A-side label design and the uniform design make my heart dance☆! The taste is dry as described, but the mouthfeel is clean and very easy to drink (^^). I don't know much about the different flavors of sake yet, so I'd like to try a variety of sake!

On the weekend, I went to my favorite Chinese restaurant, naKimochi in Akihabara, and had some sake to go with the delicious food! The owner is a sake lover, so even though it's a Chinese restaurant, they stock rare sake at the time and let us drink it (^^). This time, I was given a bottle of Jijima Junmai Ginjo. Last time, I was given the chance to try Jijima's Tokubetsu Junmai, which was delicious, but I had the impression that it was a little hard to drink because of its strong sake flavor, but the Junmai Ginjo was fruity, sweet, and had a clean aftertaste, and was very tasty! I guess even the same brand has a different taste depending on the type. Sake is very deep. Thank you very much for the food.

For the first time, I was able to drink my dream 14yo! I was a little skeptical that it would taste that good, but when I tried it, it was sweet and fruity, but not too much of an aftertaste, it was really delicious✨✨. The price was pretty steep, but it was a drink I had no regrets drinking! I would like to drink it again.

I had a Sogar Pale Effice at my favorite Chinese restaurant in Akihabara (^^). There seems to be various kinds of yeast, but I didn't know much about it. It tasted so good and easy to drink! It was fruity, sweet and refreshing, just the way I like it✨✨. I've heard the phrase "it's like white wine", but this was the first time I thought it was like that!
