On the weekend, I went to my favorite Chinese restaurant, naKimochi in Akihabara, and had some sake to go with the delicious food!
The owner is a sake lover, so even though it's a Chinese restaurant, they stock rare sake at the time and let us drink it (^^).
This time, I was given a bottle of Jijima Junmai Ginjo.
Last time, I was given the chance to try Jijima's Tokubetsu Junmai, which was delicious, but I had the impression that it was a little hard to drink because of its strong sake flavor, but the Junmai Ginjo was fruity, sweet, and had a clean aftertaste, and was very tasty!
I guess even the same brand has a different taste depending on the type. Sake is very deep.
Thank you very much for the food.
