What is this? It's so delicious! At first it has the clean gorgeousness of Junmai Daigin, but later it has the mellowness of snow chamber storage! I think I bought this sake for 2000 or 3000 yen, but I wouldn't be surprised if I put 10000 yen on it! Today is not an anniversary or anything, but I wonder if it's ok... With horse mackerel, octopus and salmon sashimi, marinated octopus and lettuce salad! It is a sake that has a sense of being expensive even though it comes with a gorgeous flavor and rice flavor, and looks good in a sake glass & Masu! I bought this sake because it was a limited edition sake and I met the requirements to buy it! No wonder it became so! With grilled yellowtail kama-yaki and sashimi of swordfish! It's so delicious! It is easy to drink, mildly sweet, and even though I chose a low-alcohol one, I end up drinking it at a high pace (lol). I bought this sake in July in Minamiuonuma, Niigata, and it was not available when I went to Minamiuonuma last week, so I have to buy this sake every July... Limited edition Uonuma Ipponjime whole brewed ORIGARAMI Nama Sake Rice polishing ratio: 48 Alcohol content: 14%.

Yuki no Mayu! I was looking for a brewing forest, and when I couldn't find one, I bought this one, but I see they rebranded it from brewing forest, no wonder it's not there lol. It's easy to drink with low alcohol content, a little white and slightly sours. I recommend it when you want to drink it slowly! Beef radish, chicken skin ponzu, fried maitake mushrooms, egg and nameko mushroom soup, with nuts and cream cheese! I make too much on holidays when I have time and lots of ingredients 😂. Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 14 degrees Celsius

I drank it yesterday and I'll drink it again today... Today I bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori in Nara. I thought it was a mild dry sake with a sour taste, not too sweet. It is plain for a Kaze no Mori and would go well with anything! With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it is safe (?) to drink! It is safe (?) to drink! I served it with fried horse mackerel, tuna tataki, and lettuce salad! Today is our wedding anniversary, so we will open a good sake (≧▽≦). It is a very gorgeous and happy sake. I think it is a great stand-alone sake that goes well with a glass of wine, but I served it with eggplant leek ponzu, kampachi and octopus sashimi! Sake brewed to be exhibited at a sake competition Unfiltered unpasteurized sake Nakakumi All Kinmon-Nishiki rice grown under contract in Nagano Prefecture is used. Since I went to Nara, I bought a bottle of Shinomine and took it home (≧▽≦). It is mild, bright, easy to drink, and delicious.......just like the image of Shinomine, it is a little carbonated and soft. The rice polishing ratio is 60% (I thought it would be lower), and it is hard to judge by the rice polishing ratio. Today is the 28th, so I paired it with a Kentucky Chicken Day pack! The skin part was spicy and strong chicken, but the inside part was delicious and matched the shinomine just right! Kentucky, with stir-fried air-cooked greens! It is easy to drink, not too bitter or acidic, friendly, round, yet refreshing, and very tasty ( ꈍᴗꈍ) I decided to go with Kochi's Drunken Whale because it was a bonito tataki from Myojinmaru, which I got as part of my hometown tax payment! Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with local sake rice "Gin no Yume Koiku No. 54 Rice: 100% Gin-no-Yume Polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 16%.

I bought this sake in Nara! I had never seen it in Tokyo! (I think they sell it, I just don't know about it) It was a gentle dewy leaf style! The taste is complex, but of the snuggly kind of complex, and probably goes with anything lol ♪ With octopus and kanpachi sashimi! This is the Kaze no Mori I bought in Nara (≧▽≦), the one I had never seen at the store I usually buy Kaze no Mori from! Well, I had so much fun buying Kaze no Mori in Nara! Mild and sweeter than the image of Kaze no Mori♪ It is a very nice sake that will accompany you during a tiring week at work! The aftertaste seems to have some complexity and dryness, just like Kaze no Mori! I served it with grilled bigeye tuna kama-yaki, sashimi of horse mackerel, octopus and mussels, and lettuce salad with fresh Awaji Island onion dressing! Since it was my first visit to Kochi, I came to the drunken whale brewery and bought drunken whale (≧▽≦) and with bonito tataki! It's so delicious! Both the sake and the bonito! The sake is easy to drink and you can enjoy it very easily, but it is actually a very dangerous sake with an alcohol content of 17 degrees...! It seems to be quite calm and relaxing...! I got the S Wind Forest I was looking for (≥▽≦) at a liquor store near the Aburacho Brewery ✨✨. It's a gentle and cozy type of dusty sake for a Kaze no Mori (≧▽≦)....so delicious! The label says "Higashikawa Sake Shop" where I bought it today..! I wonder if the sake shop bought the rice and asked Kaze no Mori to make the sake...? It's an interesting project! Sashimi of swordfish, abalone, and horse mackerel, together with nanbanzuke (pickled horse mackerel) and boiled fish! First of all, the label is really cute 💖frogs are dancing🎶I looked closely at the lid ...... and found that it is the brewery that makes Amano-no-do in Akita! (≧▽≦) It is a sake that is easy to drink, calm, and friendly, while still being gorgeous! I think it would be good for a quiet nightcap alone on a frog-crying night. It is very delicious! Serve with striped horse mackerel sashimi, tororo tuna tataki, una onigiri, and lettuce salad! I think it is a sake that retains the clean and gorgeous atmosphere of Takachiyo, but has a strong sense of clean water and familiarity. It is a Taishinshu sake, so it has a clean and gorgeous taste, but for a Taishinshu sake, it is "delicious! Today's dish is hormone yaki udon (fried udon noodles with hormone), so I chose a sake that tastes good! It has a fresh taste, and of course it has a presence by itself, but I think it is also a good sake to accompany dishes! Daishinshu Shishu Shigeto-61 Namazume Brewing water: Natural water from the melting snow in the Northern Alps Sake rice: All sake rice indigenous to Nagano Prefecture is grown under contract with contract farmers. Sake brewing: In-house rice polishing, limited water suction, natural cooling, in-house yeast, and all processes are top-quality Daigin-zukuri. Whole tank pressing: When separating the unrefined sake into sake and sake lees, the sake is pressed in a traditional tank, a tool used to press high-grade sake. Today, I drank Minamiuonuma's sake, which has the same terroir as the pasta with Minamiuonuma vegetables I bought yesterday! Aizan no Yukio (≧▽≦), which is sold only in Niigata Prefecture. It has a clean, umami taste with a sharp, gorgeous flavor while still retaining the firmness of a white wine. It tastes similar to the delicious spring water from Urasa that I pumped yesterday! This is very delicious! I should have bought another bottle! Served with shrimp, cabbage, and mushroom junovese pasta! Rice used: 100% Aiyama Rice polishing ratio:70%. Alcohol content: 13%. My first sip gave me the impression of a slightly sweet but clear, spherical, glassy sake that disappeared. But when I drank it after tuna sashimi or liver stewed in sweet and spicy sauce, I thought it was quite a powerful and gorgeous sake. I served it with tuna sashimi (kama and red meat), braised liver with sweet and spicy sauce, and green leaf and radish salad!
