I think it is a sake that retains the clean and gorgeous atmosphere of Takachiyo, but has a strong sense of clean water and familiarity. I thought it was better than the image of a scroll machine (≧▽≦).
Serve with lettuce & tomato salad, chicken skin ponzu, egg soup, horse mackerel and salmon sashimi!
