Akabu - Comparison of Amber and SEA
This was my first time drinking Kohaku, but it is also delicious!
It is a sweet and fruity sake that I like, and compared to the refreshing SEA, I could smell the aroma and taste the flavor. I guess.
I like that both bottles have a seasonal feel to them.

Sake with a distinctive carbonation. Carbonation that is a world apart from gaseous sake such as nama-shu.
The sweet aroma on the palate with an aftertaste that was surprisingly sharp from the first half!
