In any case, they are all delicious!
I was able to purchase a bottle that I had previously had at the store, and opened it immediately.
It was just as I had expected it to be, sweet and fruity with a gaseous taste, still delicious and my favorite!
If I have a chance, I will buy it again and save it.
The 🍁 bottle lived up to its name.
As is typical of Sentori, it was a delicious sweet and sour sake!
I think I prefer this one to Akatombo because it is more relaxed.
Kabutatsumushi > Mukonin ≒ Momiji ≒ Akatombo
It was the first time for me to drink Kangiku, and I think it was because I prefer fresh, unpasteurized sake.
I would definitely like to try other types of sake!
Sake Mirai Junmai Daiginjo
The second time? It was the second time for me to taste this sake, but I liked the fruity taste without any habit.
I was also glad that it was Sake Mirai, which I was interested in.
My first Snow Kayasya.
I felt the sweet umami flavor, but the taste (bitterness?) remained. I got the impression that it would be better to drink it with food.
I read other people's comments and wondered if the bitterness was due to the fact that it was hiyaoroshidashi. I wonder if it is because it is hiyaoroshi that I can feel the bitterness. I would like to try it at other times of the year.
A sweet sake with a sourness and a bit of gassiness that is typical of Senkou.
It has a strong aftertaste compared to Kabutomushi, and I prefer Kabutomushi with a clean aftertaste.
Late post.
It was a sweet and fruity sake that was delicious - the aroma and taste were very strong.
The aftertaste is not habitual and seems to disappear quickly, making it easy to drink more and more...
First time I saw it, I selected it by intuition.
Soft impression, not too sweet, but not too strong, and would go well with a variety of dishes.
I drank it with stewed motsu (pork belly) and it was good!
Opened the bottle slowly while opening the cork! It overflowed a little bit, but I could feel the sparkling sensation.
When we drank it, the sparkling sensation and aroma spread beyond that of Tasake!
The carbonation may be the reason why this sake has a refreshing feeling compared to other Akabusake.
My first Shinsei Viridian!
It was a drink that I felt was different from the Flax Cat and No.6 that I often drink.
As the aroma of green kiwi was described, it had a fruity flavor that was different from citrus!
The menu listed this sake as cloudy, but I didn't feel it was cloudy.
Compared to the sake I had before it, I got the impression that the aroma remained, but I still felt the sweetness and thought it was delicious!
