The top clear part is almost cloudy and has a sharp taste.
The cloudy part has a softer aftertaste and is delicious!

We were also given a small portion of Katsuyama style.
Even though they are different styles, they are quite similar and both have a refreshing taste! I think I prefer Sumie's style.
