Compared to other sakes, the impression was that the aroma spread after opening the bottle and pouring it into a sake cup
It is sweet but has a strong umami and flavor, which is different from the sweetness of Akabu and other sakes that I personally often drink.
I would like to buy this sake again. I would buy other labels than green if I see them.

We checked to see if there was any carbonated sake available, and the one that was recommended to us was Garakudai!
It was a very tasty sake with a clean, fruity flavor and the gaseous taste of nama-shu!
I would like to try other types of sake as well!
