I finally managed to get a bottle of Sanzo, which I was very curious about, and opened the bottle.
It was a delicious sake with a sweet and sour taste along with a gassy feeling. The acidity and aroma seemed different from anything I've ever had with a sour taste.
Personally, I think I preferred the scent of flowers.
I'm glad I was able to buy it again last year.
It has sweetness and aroma, but the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. I want to buy it again next year.
I was so impressed with how good it tasted last year that I bought it immediately and opened the bottle immediately, but I got the impression that it was more sour this year?
Compared to last year, the impression was much different. It was the second year since I started drinking at home in earnest, and I realized how much it had changed.
Purchased this sake after hearing that it is from the same brewery as Jikin.
Takasago is also close in lineage and was a delicious, well-balanced sake!
I was a little concerned about the cost since there are other good sakes out there...
The second was this one.
It was fruity and tasted good even after the Jikin.
A little bitterness in the aftertaste? Aroma? The difference between this and Jikin was that it left a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
Our first choice was this one!
I ordered it before the Niimasa because I also had a meal to prepare, but it was still delicious!
I want to buy some for home drinking someday!
My first Murayu
Compared to other sakes, the impression was that the aroma spread after opening the bottle and pouring it into a sake cup
It is sweet but has a strong umami and flavor, which is different from the sweetness of Akabu and other sakes that I personally often drink.
I would like to buy this sake again. I would buy other labels than green if I see them.
Refreshing, sweet and sour sake!
It was a drink that tasted even better after drinking it at a cherry blossom viewing party!
Atmosphere may be important, but I felt it was quite tasty even among Sentori.
Sake that is sweet and delicious, with a broad aroma.
But because it is a draft sake, it also has a sour, tangy, and slightly refreshing impression.
I want to buy it again because it was delicious!
This is my first time drinking Otters 30% to 90%, and it still tastes as good as ever, even with the change in the degree of polish!
It seemed to have more flavor than the 40.5% I had at the store, but I spent quite a bit of time holding it in my hand, so I'm wondering if that had an effect...
