Easy to drink with sweetness and acidity, but the taste of rice? Aroma? I could also taste the rice flavor and aroma.
It may have had more impact than Sasasamune's Nigori, which I drank at the same time.
I was given a bottle and enjoyed it, so I was curious about the nigorigo and bought it.
I thought it looked similar to the Akabu Snow nigori sake, but when I tried it, I found that the Sasasamune had a more refreshing sweetness that I preferred.
It's been a long time since I've had Takachiyot.
It was a delicious sake, easy to drink with sweetness and acidity.
However, maybe it was not as sweet as the last one I drank?
For the 100th check-in, we decided on a Junmai Daiginjo from Akabu, which we have drunk a lot of at home since we started Sake-no-wa!
As the description says, it has a fruity and fruity taste, and a refreshing feeling that settles down quickly.
Hi umauma😃
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉㊗️ Akabu, I love it too 😆 Junmai Daiginjo is the best by far 🥰 ‼️ Let's continue to have fun with our sake life 🥰.
Opened this bottle on the 5th day of the new year!
I started to get into sake last year and was amused by the variety of zodiac bottles available, so I bought a packet of this sake (I originally liked tazake as well).
As you can see from the sweet aroma, it has a sweet taste with the tanginess of nama-zake. The aftertaste is a little bitter, but it's a delicious sake all the same.
I will buy it every year!
The first bottle of the new year, I opened a bottle of Kangiku 99, which I've been into recently, while wondering which one to drink!
It is sweet and refreshing, and I drank it without any accompaniments and it was gone in two days!
I had been wanting to try a Christmas bakery drink, and I slipped in? I was able to drink it!
It's super dry, but refreshing and easy to drink.
The alcohol content is high at 17%, so you will feel a strong sense of satisfaction when you drink it!

The Kangiku 99 I drank with it was good, but the Koei Kiku was gassy, clean, and delicious!
It was a first for me, but I'd drink it again.

I was so impressed by the taste of Kangiku that I bought it.
I bought it for the first time in a bottle, but it is gassy, fruity, and easy to drink!
Once again, a delicious sake!

Opened the bottle with Christmas rice.
It has a slight sweetness, but also citrusy? It has a slightly sweet, citrusy aroma, a gassy feeling, and a strong acidity that makes it a very refreshing sake.
It's delicious, but not so high on the scale of my tastes among the Akabusu.
(The bottle of Kangiku that was photographed together was not opened after all...)

Impressive, bubbling and leesing like snow right after opening the package.
It's well carbonated and has a refreshing taste, maybe not too sweet?
But it's pretty much my favorite liquor and it was gone in no time.
I would buy it again if I could!

Tasake draft sake with habu sake for the first time in my life.
Freshness, sweetness? Bitter aftertaste? It also has a bitterness in the aftertaste.
It's easy to drink because it's gassy and clean.

Jyushiyo always tastes good no matter what time of year you drink it.
I've had a few different kinds of it, and I found it to be one of the sweetest, tastiest, and easiest to drink.

First time? I had a chance to compare old sake + heated sake.
I was allowed to compare it with cold sake, but the koshu had a lot of quirks, and the warmed sake made it more pronounced and harsh.
Cold sake was just right.

Comparison of Shichu, Takeyuki, and Kuroryu
I didn't get to see the bottles, but I think each of them was a draft type of sake, and of the three, I think I preferred the Murasakyu, so here's my check-in.

NEWBONE with increased acidity and clean taste
I think it was a bit bitter because it took me a while to get it home from the store. It also left an aftertaste.
I want to try again.
