We had other drinks for Christmas, so we opened the bottle a little late to close out the year. It was gassy and had quite a bit of acidity as well as sweetness, which was great for drinking with food! I hope to drink more sake next year!

My first stag beetle. I got the impression that this sake was quite different from Kabutomushi and was quite carbonated (only this year?). Compared to this year's Kabutomushi, I think this one tasted better.

I couldn't buy Akabu SEA this year. I happened to be able to drink it at the store and it was still delicious! I hope I can buy it next year.

Impression that it was tasty compared to other labels of Sakurabana. It was a very tasty sake with a clean aftertaste and no peculiarities.
