I was so impressed with how good it tasted last year that I bought it immediately and opened the bottle immediately, but I got the impression that it was more sour this year? Compared to last year, the impression was much different. It was the second year since I started drinking at home in earnest, and I realized how much it had changed.

Purchased this sake after hearing that it is from the same brewery as Jikin. Takasago is also close in lineage and was a delicious, well-balanced sake! I was a little concerned about the cost since there are other good sakes out there...

The second was this one. It was fruity and tasted good even after the Jikin. A little bitterness in the aftertaste? Aroma? The difference between this and Jikin was that it left a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

My first Murayu Compared to other sakes, the impression was that the aroma spread after opening the bottle and pouring it into a sake cup It is sweet but has a strong umami and flavor, which is different from the sweetness of Akabu and other sakes that I personally often drink. I would like to buy this sake again. I would buy other labels than green if I see them.

This is my first time drinking Otters 30% to 90%, and it still tastes as good as ever, even with the change in the degree of polish! It seemed to have more flavor than the 40.5% I had at the store, but I spent quite a bit of time holding it in my hand, so I'm wondering if that had an effect...

This sake had a softer sweetness than Yamadanishiki or regular Akabu! The Yamadanishiki was delicious, but this was delicious too!

The first blessing of wisdom. It had a sweetness, but it didn't leave much of a residue, and was very refreshing. Maybe it was even more so because I was drinking it with Eiko Fuji.
