I didn't recognize the schwash immediately after drinking it, but after a while, it was again delicious, leaving a firm aftertaste that was not unlike Yamada Nishiki.
It was a solid sake. My father-in-law said he has only had 120 brands of sake. My father-in-law said that his father-in-law had only drunk 120 brands of sake, while I had drunk only those from the Sea of Japan, and he said that we had conquered the whole country. I think I should start with the sake from the Pacific side. I feel there is an intention in the fact that there are so few brands on the Pacific Ocean side.
It is a kijoshu. Although I thought it was sweet when I drank it, it was an easy-to-drink sweet sake for the kijoshu I have been drinking, and I could drink it rather easily.
Otters are well known. I did not know it in its heyday, but the taste left a strong impression on my tongue.
I enjoyed it with soba (buckwheat noodle).
