I don't have many opportunities to drink Daiginjo anymore, but when I do, it is still easy to drink. It is delicious, with just a little bit of a peculiar taste.

The first revenge for not being able to do anything on New Year's Day. A little fizzy on the tongue. It is a bit fizzy on the tongue, but it feels light in the mouth, But the sake degree of +13 comes into effect when you drink it. It was delicious.

Same picture, but this time it is Sakurabana. The previous sake I drank from the Hana-no-Kagura Brewery was like a heavy sake, but this Daiginjo had much less of that, but still had a slight habit of being a bit too strong. This one was easier to drink.

First drink at a brewery in Fukuoka. Mitsuino Kotobuki. Although it is called a +14 very dry sake, it is really dry as it does not have that much acidity. It is also a sake with a different name, and I was told by someone that it is very famous among foreign fans because it has the same kanji as that of Suradan's Mitsui-Hisashi. The label on the bottle was a little too subtle for my liking.
