First drink at a brewery in Fukuoka. Mitsuino Kotobuki.
Although it is called a +14 very dry sake, it is really dry as it does not have that much acidity.
It is also a sake with a different name, and I was told by someone that it is very famous among foreign fans because it has the same kanji as that of Suradan's Mitsui-Hisashi.
The label on the bottle was a little too subtle for my liking.
