Found at Oita station on a recent personal trip to Oita. There were a few of them lined up under the label of Kyushu's popular limited expresses (the contents are different). This is the Yufuin-no-mori that I boarded on the same day. It is characterized by its acidity, but it has a sweetness and flavor that complements it. After a long absence, we went to the brewery of YAMANASHI MEISAKU in Hokuto City. This is one of the "Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove" series, which is a series of limited-edition sake from the brewery. I will be receiving the fourth one following "Xiang Shu", "Ruan Xuan", and "Liu Ming". The sweetness is quite rich, and the umami and acidity complement it. It is good as an aperitif.
