It is brewed by the same company as Sairai, Kitanishi Shuzo. Sairai may be the most popular sake, but Bunraku is much easier to drink and has no peculiarities. It is a sake that you can drink all the time and never get tired of.

OCEAN99, which I avoided last year. This is the first time I drank it, but it has a good balance of acidity among the Kangiku varieties. The unique aroma is not bad.

The second bottle of Sairai I just met, Junmai Ginjo. The unique flowery aroma of Sairai remains the same, but it is more drinkable than the special junmai. It is easier to drink than the special junmai. The uniqueness is still the same. It is still delicious.

The first local Sairai I drank is very good. Fresh and fruity, with a great balance of acidity. Personally, I think it's better than Hanahayo! In 2022, I had So-no-Kangiku from Chiba. In 2023, I already found this one.

Morinokuma-san Myouen" is the first drink in about a year. My tastes change after a year, and at the time I thought this was the No. 1, but the Kangiku I encountered in 2022 was still the top. Having said that, it is the best or second best in Eiko Fuji. I was really looking forward to this season.
