It is not particularly unique, but it is simply delicious.
It has a gorgeous juiciness to it, and I have no complaints.
It was the taste of the high road.

The second bottle of Sairai I just met, Junmai Ginjo.
The unique flowery aroma of Sairai remains the same, but it is more drinkable than the special junmai.
It is easier to drink than the special junmai.
The uniqueness is still the same.
It is still delicious.

Fresh and fruity, with a great balance of acidity.
Personally, I think it's better than Hanahayo!
In 2022, I had So-no-Kangiku from Chiba.

Morinokuma-san Myouen" is the first drink in about a year.
My tastes change after a year, and at the time I thought this was the No. 1, but the Kangiku I encountered in 2022 was still the top.
Having said that, it is the best or second best in Eiko Fuji.
