A commemorative photo of the two bottles (after both bottles were finished and washed), along with a bottle of Tohoku-izumi and a bottle of Honjozo Tohoku-izumi from the northernmost Yusa in Yamagata Prefecture. The black label Kuraku is a gift. The first is the "Collage" Junmai Ginjo Banshu Yamadanishiki from Miyazumi Meinjo in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. The black label is a very popular and hard to find sake. The brewery is proud to present the "Black Label". The black label is a very popular item in the market, and it is very popular among the Japanese. The black label is made with 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and polished to 50% of the original rice. It is a Junmai Ginjo, but it is heated sake with a dash of chili pepper. We will enjoy it freely in the evening as the weather turns chilly.

Dewa Sanzan. Dewa Sanzan. I have often seen this brand in Yamagata City, so I was careless enough to drink it anytime. This is the first time for me to sit down and drink (^_^)I am not used to drinking at noon. We had a pleasant time while sharing pickled eggplant so as not to drink too much. The 36th Imojikai Festival, the best in Japan, will be held today. I hope it will be sunny. I hope it will be a lot of fun. I haven't had a chance to comment on Daisen yet...(^_^;) It's just delicious. Aradama, Hanyo Otokoyama, Tohokuizumi, Yonezuru, and Daisen. Thank you Yamagata Sake Wholesalers for the May, June, and July hanpukai. Memo. You can buy it at Oobandu ← don't tell anyone

Junmai Daiginjyo "Shonai Bijin" brewed by Snow Goddess, limited brewing / Watarai Honten Corporation / 2-2-8, Oyama, Tsuruoka-shi, Yamagata / 100% suitable rice for sake brewing produced in Yamagata Prefecture / Rice polishing ratio 50% / Yeast NF-KA / AL 15% / Acidity 1.2 / Sake degree +1 / Production year: July 2024 / "Sake brewed in Yamagata Prefecture Junmai Daiginjo-shu, made from 100% suitable rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture." ←Quoted from the official pamphlet of Yamagata Sake Wholesaler Co. This sake brewery has an established reputation for a wide variety of sake quality, brewed with high-quality clean water from the Gassan-Asahi mountain range. The brewery is not restricted to the traditional sake brewing method, Some sake is sometimes completed with the help of machines. They also want to seek raw materials beyond the boundaries of the region for the sake they want to make. We are not afraid to try new things and bring sake to as many people as possible. What we want to protect is the sake that we can be proud of from Shonai. We will challenge unconventional ways of enjoying sake. This is what "Shonai Bijin" looks like. (↑At this point, most of the information is taken from the official website.) Yamagata has four regional names: Okitama, Murayama, Mogami, and Shonai, but all of them are delicious! It has a core and dignified taste that makes you want to boast about it, so it's a definite repeat purchase.

I was so happy to see it. It is a very, very "wasteful" sake if you drink it at random. It is a word that I have not spoken for a long time. It was a sake that made me feel the word "Oh my God, Yamagata! I was satisfied. Very satisfied. It is too good to drink for sleeping after work, but it is so delicious (*^^*) that even on a day when you say, "I'm so tired today, I want to drink it and go to bed! The best sake in the world. It was so hot that I heated it in a microwave oven at 600W for 1 minute. The most enjoyable time is in the muddler or in the kamakama (^^). The aroma is not too strong, but the taste is delicious. We will be having yakitori and bonito tataki from now on. I'm sure the sake will be even better when drunk during a meal. Thank you very much for the delicious sake. m(_ _)m

WAGAUJI(SINCE1724)Umami umami Limited distribution in Yamagata Prefecture, production date: June 2024 Rice polishing ratio 65%, alcohol content 15%, internal volume 1800ml A sake that pursues "umami" without being bound by the rice polishing ratio. The aroma of ripe banana and melon spreads softly, and the bright acidity of green apple spreads pleasantly in the mouth. This is followed by a slight astringency that blends with the luscious umami to create an exquisite sweet and sour taste. This wine-like sake is perfect for those seeking a new taste and for those who do not normally drink sake. Enjoy it elegantly in a glass of wine for a special drink. Gutto Yamagata Umami opens a new door to a new world of Japanese sake. ←(quoted from the official website of "Gutto Yamagata") Purchased at the Yamaya Umamigasaki store near Aeon Yamagata Kita.
