Labeled "GI YAMAGATA" (Yamagata sake)? It has a sticker with the production date of 2023.11. It is a very tasty sake that I am sure the locals love to drink. Opening the package→taking a picture→transcribing various things from the bottle before drinking→warming the sake→heating the sake→appreciating and drinking while watching the brewery's website→here we are now. The taste? Flavor? I wonder if the flavor will change if I drink it cold or at room temperature.... I'll try it tomorrow.(*^^*) I'm still not very good at expressing the taste in words, but I'm going to enjoy the "now" with a good sake.
