This sake has a mild aroma and a clean, refreshing taste. ←(Quoted from the official pamphlet of Yamagata Prefecture Sake Wholesaler.
The name "Yonekaku" comes from the image of an ear of rice bowing to the sake, and from the local folk tale "Tsuru no Ongyo" ("The Return of the Crane"), which expresses the brewery's wish to make a sincere sake that conveys its gratitude. From the official website of the ← Sake Brewery. I am learning the brand names of Yamagata's sake, but I was not sure if it was Okihama or Murayama. Murayama? Mogami? Shonai? I often have trouble remembering them.... But it's good if I can remember them one by one like this.
I'm going to enjoy the delicious sake while imagining the story of the red devil that never existed. I will add my evaluation later.
