Yamagata Sake Wholesaler's 28th Limited Hanpukai May delivery
A Junmai Daiginjo from Yuki Megami with a full-bodied flavor. From the official pamphlet of Yamagata Sake Wholesaler.
Heating up the junmai daiginjo and enjoying it again tonight.
According to the official pamphlet of Yamagata Sake Wholesalers, it has a sake degree of +5 and an acidity of 1.6, making it slightly dry and slightly mellow. Koikawa-san is delicious\^^300ml is one whole cup of heated sake + 70% of one cup at room temperature (of course (^_^;)). I was able to enjoy drinking at room temperature after heating sake, which I usually do not do when drinking at home, together with a freshly picked pickled bracken (amateur impression after drinking) → This is the delicious taste of sake (#^^#).
The search for good sake = the pursuit of sake that I feel I like. This search path? I found it very interesting. I will take good care of myself and enjoy my encounter with delicious sake.
Sake from Yamagata is the best\(^o^)/Koikawa-san is wonderful!
