I don't have a picture of the label, but it's been a while since I've posted because I came across a sake that goes perfectly with soba noodles and tempura! It is a little dry and easy to drink sake. My friend who does not drink sake that much said, "I can drink this easily! He drank it like he enjoyed it and was crushed by it. I think it is better to be careful not to drink too much of sake that is so easy to drink.

This sake is a collaboration with ONKYO, one of Japan's leading audio manufacturers. It is said that by playing music, the yeast in the sake is activated, and the sake is made to play jazz music with ONKYO's audio technology. The most important thing is the taste, but it is amazingly easy to drink! It goes well with meals and situations where you want to enjoy sake. It is described as dry, but it is not that dry. It also has a fruity taste. However, it is by no means a light taste of sake or anything like that. I don't know if that is the result of having music played or not lol. But I want to repeat! I found my favorite sake✨

Collaboration cup with "Sano-maru," a character from Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture. Why is he wearing a ramen noodle? It's Sano Ramen! I'm not sure why, but it is 🍜. It tastes dry but fruity. I often hear people describe it as "fruity" and I wasn't sure what kind of flavor it was, but I was convinced it was this one! I was convinced 😊.

This is a cup of sake with an animal design approved by Asahiyama Zoo. There are several different designs, but the one I found is from the Polar Bear Center. It tastes like an orthodox sake 😅. I was informed that it is better to drink it cold, but personally I preferred it hot ✨.

A collaboration between Daiichi Shuzo, a Tochigi Prefecture sake brewery, and Satoko Morimoto, a ramen girl. The illustration on the cup is also cute! The aim of the collaboration is to dispel the negative image of sake as being old, bitter, and smelling of alcohol. It is true that when I drank it, I thought it had no aroma or taste, but the taste and intoxication came later. I had an image of a mysterious sake 😳.

This spring, "Tasake in a can" was released in limited quantities. I think it has made a lot of noise on the Sakewa timeline, but I was able to drink it half a year late 😅. I found it at a liquor store in the Ueno Matsuzakaya store, so I thought it might be limited to Ueno because of the panda, but it was a Gifu sake with a design that has been popular for many years 😅.
