ZIMAToday at my usual liquor store, I asked for a sake that would be refreshing and delicious as an in-between-dinner drink for nabe dishes, and this is the sake that was recommended to me.
I usually buy sakes with a sour, sweet, and fizzy flavor, so this is a new sake for me. This one is only available here in the prefecture.
It is a very good sake and goes very well with nabe (hot pot)! It has a clear, silky mouthfeel and goes very smoothly.
