ZIMASado Sake. It seems that they have a long-standing relationship with their usual liquor store, and that it is a sake that is not often sold outside of the prefecture. It was highly recommended and we had it. The famous brewery is Kintsuru.
The sake is made from 100% naturally grown rice on Sado Island and has a smooth taste with a great umami flavor. It has a smooth taste with a clean aftertaste and is truly a delicious sake. I would definitely like to have it again if I have the chance!
