ZIMAToday we celebrated with a second bottle, a sparkling Niimasa.
It was quite effervescent, and although I succeeded in opening the bottle, it suddenly spurted out while I was drinking it, making it very difficult.
The fizzy, crisp taste and the alcohol content of less than 10 degrees make it perfect for drinking with food.
