Junmai Daiginjo🍶Naturally grown rice from Sado Island, Koshitanrei🌾. JR East One-Day Niigata Kyunpass Trip🚃. Aroma: Aroma of a crisp. It's like a Jyushidai. Elegant and beautiful, but with a rich umami flavor. Lovely. The kombu-shime of the flatfish with a lot of umami, topped with a sour nagamo. Complex umami. Good morning, hoshiaki! I also had this sake last year and thought it was very tasty and wonderful ✨. The lunch of kombujime (flatfish with kombujime) and other dishes looks very delicious 😊.

Sado Sake. It seems that they have a long-standing relationship with their usual liquor store, and that it is a sake that is not often sold outside of the prefecture. It was highly recommended and we had it. The famous brewery is Kintsuru. The sake is made from 100% naturally grown rice on Sado Island and has a smooth taste with a great umami flavor. It has a smooth taste with a clean aftertaste and is truly a delicious sake. I would definitely like to have it again if I have the chance!
