Today, it has been a long time since the last bottle was opened. Sentori, UA Stag Beetle. Since we drank Kabutomushi last year, we wanted to drink Kuvagata this year, so we went to a nearby liquor store and found it, so we bought it. Compared to Kabutomushi, it has a stronger acidity, which makes it easier to drink during the hot season. The rice flavor comes later. It is an adult lemon sour.

Tonight's bottle is Mimuro Cedar Dio Abita. And it's a 100th anniversary sake🍶 from the liquor store I always patronize. Low alcohol content of 13% and slightly carbonated. It is not heavy and can be drunk smoothly even on a hot day. This was my first time to try Dio Abita, as Mimuro Cedar has only had seasonal sake until now, but this was delicious enough to become my regular sake 😆.

Today, Day Can ☀️ I bought a cup of Omine to drink at cherry blossom viewing and today I opened the bottle 😆. The sweetness comes first and it's a nice cup of sake if you want to drink a little outside 😆 ⭐️ I also recommend it for those who want to drink a little sake 😆.

Tonight, after a long time, Kaze no Mori ⭐️ It is a bottle of Shinmasa Sake Brewery's No. 6 yeast. A little light at 14% abv, easy to drink in the hot season 😄. It was slightly effervescent and this schwashy feeling was like Kaze no Mori 😆. First came the schwash and rice flavor, and then the lightness at the end kept the sake flowing 😊.

Today, we opened a bottle of SENKYO SAKURA OHANAMI 🌸🌸. 　It is a light cloudy sake with a gentle aftertaste 😆 It has a strength of 14%, so it is easy to drink. 　With the opening of Sakura, we have completed the 4 seasons of SENKYU Kisetsu Shu. ⭐️

Today, after a long time, we opened a new sake: ⭐️ We had Sentori's hope 🍶. The first glass I drank only Uwazumi, which had a heavy sake-like taste due to the low polish of the rice, but it tasted fruity afterwards! The second glass mixed with ogara-mi had sweetness first and was easy to drink 😆. I was able to reaffirm that Sentori is delicious 😆 Next time, I'll open a bottle of Sentori Sakura 😄.

This is my first Akabu! Went to visit Ise Shrine and bought this one, which I've never had without buying a Mie sake at Morishita Sake Brewery. Since it has a sake strength of 15, it is heavy right after breakup, but the next day it has a gorgeous aroma and is easy to drink! It was a delicious bottle with a decent sense of rice flavor 😆.

Tonight's bottle was Hirotogawa Special Junmai! It was a cold and snowy day and I was recommended to buy it warmed up 😋. It's been a while since I've had sake warmed up, but unlike cold sake, I could taste the strong flavor of the rice 😆. I'm looking forward to enjoying it warmed up as the cold days are still to come 😊.

Today's bottle is 39-87 from Saku-no-Hana Sake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture. It has a low alcohol content of 13%. In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour flavor like ripe apples, and the low alcohol content makes the aftertaste refreshing and not lingering. It was a fruity sake that was delicious on its own and could be paired with fruit or chocolate. ⭐️ This was my first time drinking this sake brewery and it made me want to try their others next time 😆.

Today, I opened a bottle of Shinsei that I bought last year for the New Year 😊. It's been a long time since I've had a new bottle of Shinsei 😆. It was easy to drink and had a very smooth body 😊. It had an apple-like sourness, but not too sweet, and a very refreshing aftertaste 😆. I knew the Niimasa was something else 😁. I don't get a chance to drink it often, but it was a very satisfying bottle 😆.

Happy New Year 🎍. I opened the first bottle of this year's bottle of Gagakuyo: ⭐️ Went to my usual liquor store and bought it for the New Year's holiday 😊. At first glance I didn't know how to read it. It tasted slightly carbonated with a delicious flavor and a slightly restrained, gorgeous aroma. After tomorrow, I expect the aroma will be heightened and it will taste even better 😆. I'm going to live a healthy lifestyle first and foremost so that I can drink a lot this year.

Tonight is Christmas. I opened a bottle of Mimuro Cedar Ooragarami that I had bought. It was delicious and easy to drink at 13 degrees Celsius 😁. Calpis with rumne fragrance and adult night ⭐️ Mimuro cedar's seasonal sake is really good and never fails 😆.

I went to the liquor store I often go to for Sentori Yukidaruma, and they had Akatombo, which I missed drinking this year, so I bought it along with Yukidaruma. I opened the bottle first with the autumn oroshi in order. It was easy to drink, with a slight effervescence and a flavor that is typical of autumn sake. The drinkability was different when it was 14 degrees. It was a little late, but it was delicious. We are also looking forward to the snowball.

Purchased at my usual liquor store. I had always been curious about the packaged sake, so this was my first time drinking it. The store staff told me that it tastes really good two or three days after opening the bottle, and they were right! It is a Junmai Daiginjo, so it tastes great right after opening the bottle, but the flavor seems to increase as the bottle ages. I became a fan of the Kafuda Sake series.

This is my first summer sake this year 🍶. I was told by the owner that it tasted like ramune, so I bought it with doubts that it was really ⁉️. But when I tried it, I found that it smells exactly like ramune (‼️). It tasted like a bottle of rice that was easy to drink while still having the flavor of rice. ⭐️ I'm going to drink too much of this~!

Today, at the cherry blossom viewing, we opened a bottle of Mimuro Cedar Hana Kin, which we had purchased earlier. We opened a bottle of Mimuro-sugi Hana-kun. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, slightly sparkling, easy-drinking sake. I kept it in the fridge after I bought it so that I could drink it at the cherry blossom viewing party. I kept it in the fridge after I bought it to drink at Hanami (cherry blossom viewing) party. Spring is a great time to enjoy many gorgeous sake.
