I had always been curious about the packaged sake, so this was my first time drinking it. The store staff told me that it tastes really good two or three days after opening the bottle, and they were right!
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, so it tastes great right after opening the bottle, but the flavor seems to increase as the bottle ages.
I became a fan of the Kafuda Sake series.
