Tonight's bottle is Mimuro Cedar Dio Abita.
And it's a 100th anniversary sake🍶 from the liquor store I always patronize.
Low alcohol content of 13% and slightly carbonated.
It is not heavy and can be drunk smoothly even on a hot day.
This was my first time to try Dio Abita, as Mimuro Cedar has only had seasonal sake until now, but this was delicious enough to become my regular sake 😆.
