In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour flavor like ripe apples, and the low alcohol content makes the aftertaste refreshing and not lingering.
It was a fruity sake that was delicious on its own and could be paired with fruit or chocolate. ⭐️
This was my first time drinking this sake brewery and it made me want to try their others next time 😆.
