sky5150I went to Okazaki Shuzo (Okazaki Shuzo)/*I wanted to drink some Junmai-type sake, which is often seen in the market, but they didn't sell it because it was out of season. Now, how does regular sake taste... It's normal booze, right? The aroma has a gentle fruitiness to it. The soft deliciousness spreads out horizontally and cuts through quickly with a sense of gas, bitterness and alcohol. This is delicious. I like the Honjyuu Honjozo, a local brewery, but it's trying to go a completely different route - I was surprised! I don't know if this can be sold all over the country, but I'd like to keep some on hand for everyday use. I sent this to the people who have helped me, so I hope they are happy with it!
