Standing aroma like grape. It was more noticeable when the bottle was opened a few days later. The bitterness is moderate.
When you drink it, umami and sweetness spread out, but in the latter half, acidity, bitterness, and astringency are also felt, bringing the flavors together sharply.
The Red Diamond, which I drank before, is lighter and the sweetness spreads more straightforwardly and is easier to understand.

Kangiku and Eikoufuji have a distinct brand flavor, and the price is around 2,000 yen for sake with specifications that would cost over 3,000 yen at other breweries, so they are great for home drinking!
