Cold sake
It has a strong acidity, followed by astringency and bitterness.
It's completely different from the Kamisen I drank before, but it doesn't have sweetness. ⁉️
But when I warmed it up, the astringent and bitter corner was removed and sweetness could be felt.
I could feel the sweetness too🍀*゚
I've been drinking it while thinking about it.
If you're having trouble deciding, maybe it's better to warm it up.
Warming to human body temperature to lukewarm is good 🌈.
Postscript (2025.08.21)
I'd like to drink it cold (room temperature) with a glass of wine in the order of acidity, bitterness, spiciness.... in that order...
It's almost like a white wine....
