I think it is a very versatile sake (≧▽≦). It is easy to drink and a bit gorgeous at the beginning, but the easy drinking flavor comes later! I think it goes well with all kinds of Japanese food!
We served it with lettuce salad, boiled crab and salmon sashimi!

It's a very robust, yet tasty and sweet. They also have a bottle of Isshaku Suisei, so it would be nice to compare the two.

Tonight, Akita is a special order from the well-known Fukurokuju Sake Brewery in Ippon Suisei✨.
The sake rice is jungin spec, using Gin no Sei and Sakekomachi.
The retro-inspired etchings are nice after a long time. ☺️ The aroma is a gentle melon-like ginjo aroma with a refreshing alcohol aroma. The taste is surprisingly fruity and soft sweetness spreads softly in the mouth, making it easy to drink 😋😋.
The finish is well balanced with a good amount of alcohol.
It is a versatile sake for a mealtime drink 🍶.
