This was an event to experience local sake with 32 breweries in the prefecture.
The sake that suited me best was Hikobei Jugoyo from Fukurokuju Sake Brewery. It was dry and refreshing with a slight effervescence, and went well with food.

I think it is a very versatile sake (≧▽≦). It is easy to drink and a bit gorgeous at the beginning, but the easy drinking flavor comes later! I think it goes well with all kinds of Japanese food!
We served it with lettuce salad, boiled crab and salmon sashimi!
