I had to recharge my batteries with a good drink 🔋.
I'm going to recharge my batteries at Sake no Wa and resume.
I don't remember the taste anymore.
I think it was drier than I expected.
It's not too dry, but when you hold it in your mouth, it has a delicious flavor and is really tasty!
Come to think of it, I see news about bears every day.
I asked a local in a restaurant I visited on a business trip to Akita about bears, and he said that even if they are not fatal, they can actually cause serious after-effects such as facial wounds and bacteria....

This was an event to experience local sake with 32 breweries in the prefecture.
The sake that suited me best was Hikobei Jugoyo from Fukurokuju Sake Brewery. It was dry and refreshing with a slight effervescence, and went well with food.
Akita sake was generally delicious! アザラシ3合I think it is a very versatile sake (≧▽≦). It is easy to drink and a bit gorgeous at the beginning, but the easy drinking flavor comes later! I think it goes well with all kinds of Japanese food!
We served it with lettuce salad, boiled crab and salmon sashimi!
