I look forward to the ARAOSHI merger every time.
This time, only one bottle was available.
I wanted to buy two bottles of Yoshikawa and Tojo, but gave up due to space limitations.
We will be able to enjoy it for a while.
On the last day, we had a glass of wine.
The aroma has become much more pronounced. It looks good.
I don't really care, but the Daiso wine glasses are quite good.
I mainly use Riedel Daiginjo,
I wonder if it would be better the other way around...
It is a gift.
Unexpectedly, Ike-Nishiki is back.
I thought I could no longer drink it....
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I am more deeply moved than the taste.
The bottle is now open.
The piquancy and fruity flavor is great, as it is every year.
Come to think of it, I didn't pay any attention to it when I bought it, but what kind of sake rice is it?
Today I took out my dolls for the first time in five years.
I realized that I have been transferred to a new place and my family has been moving around a lot, but I finally returned to my own home.
May the year of the Snake be a good one!
The sake is a limited edition sake for the Year of the Snake, with a nice schwash and sweetness. Today is the last day.
Which one will be next?
Happy New Year, Bristle98 🎍.
Thank you very much 🍀 for your support during the old year.
Let's enjoy each other's drinking activities this year 🎵.
Best regards 🙇.
Good luck to you and a good start to the year for Hakusen 😊.
I opened the Jun Dai I had stored.
I changed the glass after the second glass, but it didn't spread that much. I think I prefer Jungin. But it is delicious. I was super lucky to be able to buy it in the first place!
Omachi Trilogy Bodhi Hashiro Homage,
It was served with sashimi.
It was served with sashimi.
The unique name of the sake raised my expectations.
My taste buds are still inexperienced, so I do not understand what the "increase in lactobacilli" means. For the time being, I did not drink all of it, and I will try it again after the second time.
Today is Shimofuri Lomang.
The naming is the best. The label design is also great.
The taste is rather mild, elegant, and clear. It doesn't have that much of a schwarziness to it.
Today we had it with a set of Yamaki's Motsu Nabe (hot pot).
It's a nice thing about sake that even the jun-dai is not too assertive, but rather nestles in close.
It's rich, rich, rich, but it's okay.
The oil melts away.
