I bought a set of 3 bottles with miles and thought it was just a regular ganki, but apparently it is an ANA original. I'm sure the tasting is not accurate because I'm drunk on many things, but I feel it's a well-made and proper sake. It smells softly. What is the significance and meaning of being a sake offered on international flights? I would be happy if many people could taste the sake they simply love and get a positive feeling from it. Since I am Japanese, the story of the maker, including the name of the place, is much more compelling to me than wine....
Looking back, I haven't posted much on SAKEWAN. I wrote that I liked this one the most, but I didn't have a post...
Rainy day terrace. I miss it.
The smell of apples.
I have been curious about it for a while and finally tried it. It doesn't look like sake, but maybe this kind of sake is possible. The gas injection is novel.
