Cold: The wine has a slight tanginess at the beginning, followed by a rich sweetness and umami that is very tasty. I had it at an izakaya during a trip to Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture.

I drank the same sake at home, so I checked in last year. I don't remember what it tasted like, but I guess the fact that I bought the same sake for home proves that it was delicious.
