Slightly effervescent, difficult to make small portions.
An oddity among rice wine. It has a tune.
As the carbonation gradually fades, it becomes a normal sake (laughs).
Taste level 3.0
Junmai Daiginjo from Tasake is delicious after all!
The moment you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma.
It is refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious!
My favorite level 5
On the day it was opened, the sake seemed strong, but after a few days, it became mellow and easy to drink!
Taste: 3.0 (on the day), 4.0 (after a few days)
The moment it enters the mouth, the strength of the rice comes in, but the aftertaste is clean and does not linger. Sake spirit lingers in the throat at the end.
3.5 for my taste.
Junmai Ginjo Hyakumai Ginjo Autumn Leaves
This sake was aged at low temperature in the store and shipped on 21/10, so it was from the year before last!
It was delicious, not so much aged that it got stuck in my throat, but it was easy to drink and had a gorgeous flavor!
It was delicious even after the second day!
I liked it 4.5
