Sake degree -5 Acidity 1.9 This one goes well with anything you eat! It's smart, but the flavor is perfect. It was a mistake to drink it after Tenmei. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.

Here it is, the summer sake! It's so gorgeous and refreshing that you'll want to shout out. It doesn't feel foamy, but there is a little bit of oriental flavor, and the acidity is solid. This is a great price for this quality! I'm going to order a second bottle of this.
