Zikin NABARI 2019 I won a ticket to buy one at Imadeya. I bought this on the spur of the moment, but... It seems to be a rare sake. Rice polishing ratio 40%. Yamada Nishiki 100% from Nabari Junmai Daiginjo. It's sweet even though it's only 40%% left. Very sweet. The aroma is fruity. You can feel the sourness in your mouth, but it is sweet in your mouth.
