Perhaps because of the 15% alcohol content, this is a raw sake, but it tastes thin and has no acidity.
The taste is clean, crisp and elegant.

Very easy to drink, light flavor.
It has no distinctive aroma or taste.
It is best served with something delicate, such as dried tofu or okara.
It may be that my expectations were too high, but considering the price, it is a good value for money.

Sweet and easy to drink. The aroma and rice flavor is almost nonexistent, but it is carefully crafted and has a delicious flavor. Goes well with nabe.

The fruity aroma and the strength of the original brew are perfect. Definitely delicious. There are many rivals in this price range, so I had to give it a harsh rating, but it is a candidate for a repeat purchase.
Rating: C+.
Not much taste or aroma at room temperature. When heated, the flavor changes to a more sour taste. Definitely suitable for heated sake. The price is surprisingly low, so you won't regret buying it. You can drink it just fine.

I've had this cold and warmed, and this is by far the best warmed sake I've had.
Slightly dry with a hint of umami. It's not in the fruity ginjo line.
I would add this to the list of sake I prepare for the winter.
Rating: C+.
A faint aroma on opening the bottle. It is dry and crisp. If you like this direction, it is worth a try. You can get the feeling that it has been carefully crafted.
The label is very cute.

Slightly sweet, good for a mid-meal drink.
It goes well with tempura.
Although it is a pure sake, the flavor is almost non-existent.
I feel that this is a carefully crafted Junmai pure rice sake.
Surprisingly cheap, it is unbeatable in this price range.

Slightly effervescent and quite modestly sweet. It has the strength of a muglied sake, so it's good to drink it as a mid-meal drink. It goes well with gyoza. On the other hand, it may not be suitable for delicate dishes.
It has a taste beyond the price, and once you drink it, you will want to buy it again.
Rating: A-.
The flavor of the raw sake is very good. There is no miscellaneous flavors, and you can enjoy the taste of Junmai sake. The taste is beyond the price and I highly recommend it.

It is refreshing and very easy to drink. It is a beautiful, carefully made sake without any inconsistencies. It goes well with white fish tempura.
It is a fruity sake, but the aroma is moderate. The balance between the slight firing and sweetness is perfect. It is definitely delicious. If it was a little cheaper, there is no rival, but the price is so fierce that it has a lot of enemies.
Rating: B+.
The aroma upon opening the bottle is wonderful, suggesting an elegant taste, but you'll be surprised when you drink it.
You will notice that the strength of this sake is its strength. I think a strong flavored snack is good for this sake. I would like to try it with broiled eel.
