Slightly effervescent and quite modestly sweet. It has the strength of a muglied sake, so it's good to drink it as a mid-meal drink. It goes well with gyoza. On the other hand, it may not be suitable for delicate dishes.
It has a taste beyond the price, and once you drink it, you will want to buy it again.
