Noto Hatsusakura + Tengumai
It seems to be a collaboration between Sakurada Sake Brewery and Kurumata Sake Brewery in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, which was completely destroyed by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. 🐻❄️
It's not all fruity, but the second half has a unique flavor like Katsuma🤗.
It has a sharp flavor that only a honjozo can have.

Noto peninsula is in a serious situation with earthquakes and heavy rain.
