Very nice aroma It has a sweet taste, but the moment you drink it, the sourness spreads and the aftertaste is refreshing. There is a slight bitterness, but it doesn't bother me and I can drink it easily, so I can drink more and more! Delicious in a glass of wine: ⭐️4 I changed the evaluation method.

Sake I bought during my trip I bought it because it said "limited to the prefecture." It has a gorgeous aroma and tastes like blue melon with a moderate sweetness. It has a bitter aftertaste, but the bitterness is not too strong, so it's delicious! It's refreshing and easy to drink, and it's perfect on its own or with food. I'm glad I bought it. ★★★★ ☆4.5

The moment you drink it, you taste blue melon 🍈. The aroma and sweetness is subdued and gassy, just fruity. I thought I could gobble it down with a clean aftertaste, but it was 13% alcohol. At first I thought I wanted a little more sweetness, but as I drank it, I realized it was very tasty as is 😋. I want to drink it again: ★★★★★5

The sweetness comes first, then changes to a very crisp and dry taste with no aftertaste. I was surprised at this change. It's a raw sake, but I don't think it's too tangy. It tastes great in a wine glass or in a boar 😋. The sweetness decreases as the day goes by, so it would be better to drink it as soon as possible. ★★★★☆4.5

My favorite aroma. The sweetness is not that strong but it tastes amazing 😋. The aftertaste when you just open it is so pungent that it makes you think there are spices in it. I was surprised when I just opened it, the aftertaste was so pungent that I thought there were spices in it. But the sourness and bitterness don't bother me in the aftertaste, it's very refreshing. It's good to drink it with a glass of wine. ★★★★☆4.5

The aroma is not that strong, but it has a sweetness and flavor that I quite like. A little tingling with a gaseous sensation. The aftertaste is not bitter or acidic and disappears quickly. A nice sound when you open it... Is the aroma a little unique? It's quite sweet and tangy and tasty with a gassy feeling, but the aftertaste is quite bitter. And then, it was curdling. Strong. It was too bitter to drink, but when I paired it with a meal, the bitterness disappeared and it became easier to drink. Very pineapple🍍 aroma. When it's just opened and cold, it's not very sweet and has a strong bitter taste. As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases more and more. After 2 days from opening the bottle, it was still sweet even when it was cold. Fruity and delicious! ★★★★☆4.5

I bought some sake for my family as a souvenir 🍶. They agreed to share some of it with me, so I greedily filled up a glass of wine. I'm glad it was a hit with my family ♡. It had a nice aroma, but was surprisingly dry. I had an image of it being deliciously sweet when I drank it before. ★★★★
