I drank it during the year-end and New Year's holidays. It is a classic sake, so it has a sake-like taste, but it has a crisp aftertaste. Maybe it is because it is not sweet, but has a good acidity. It wasn't sweet enough to drink in a wine glass, and it felt too thin to drink in a boar cup, so it didn't stick with me personally, but it was a hit with my family and was gone quickly. It's a personal preference. ⭐️2

The first sip was wine-like and the aftertaste was crisp and easy to drink. I thought it gradually became sweet and tasty, but then I realized there was an orikage. I didn't notice it until the sake I poured turned white. Delicious in a wine glass: ⭐️4

I heard a nice pshhhh sound when I opened the bottle, but I don't think the gasiness is that great. The first sip tastes like blue melon, but the melon taste disappears after the second sip. Not too bitter, not too sour, not too sweet, and easy to drink. Delicious in a wine glass: ⭐️4

Very nice aroma It has a sweet taste, but the moment you drink it, the sourness spreads and the aftertaste is refreshing. Sake I bought during my trip I bought it because it said "limited to the prefecture." It has a gorgeous aroma and tastes like blue melon with a moderate sweetness. It has a bitter aftertaste, but the bitterness is not too strong, so it's delicious! It's refreshing and easy to drink, and it's perfect on its own or with food. I'm glad I bought it. ★★★★ ☆4.5

The moment you drink it, you taste blue melon 🍈. The aroma and sweetness is subdued and gassy, just fruity. I thought I could gobble it down with a clean aftertaste, but it was 13% alcohol. At first I thought I wanted a little more sweetness, but as I drank it, I realized it was very tasty as is 😋. I want to drink it again: ★★★★★5

The sweetness comes first, then changes to a very crisp and dry taste with no aftertaste. I was surprised at this change. It's a raw sake, but I don't think it's too tangy. It tastes great in a wine glass or in a boar 😋. The sweetness decreases as the day goes by, so it would be better to drink it as soon as possible. ★★★★☆4.5
