I've always wanted to try Tenbi.
It's bready and gassy, with a slight blue melon flavor.
Not too sweet but delicious, still tasty after 3 days 🫶.

I drank it during the year-end and New Year's holidays.
It is a classic sake, so it has a sake-like taste, but it has a crisp aftertaste. Maybe it is because it is not sweet, but has a good acidity.
It wasn't sweet enough to drink in a wine glass, and it felt too thin to drink in a boar cup, so it didn't stick with me personally, but it was a hit with my family and was gone quickly.
