To be honest, I wasn't expecting much in the way of taste, but to my surprise after drinking it, I found it to be a mega favorite liquor, and I might even put it on my five-finger list!
Unusually for a sweet sake, it tastes great with snacks (cheese, salmon and tofu).
The mouthfeel is smooth, with a mellow aroma that fills the mouth and a lingering aftertaste that is typical of sake, with the sweetness disappearing in the aftertaste.
It is a taste that sticks with me personally, but there are different tastes,
And despite its cute appearance, the alcohol content is not so cute, so be careful...

The mouthfeel is nice. However, I expected the umami to come from there, but it seemed to be lacking, as if it would end up as a bud...
I'm sure there are many people who like this, but I felt I wanted more mellow umami.

I tasted a happy dessert sake.
Anyway, it was sweet! It is mellow! It has a sharp characteristic, but does not leave a bad aftertaste.
It may be different for different tastes, but I like it very much.

I vaguely remember that a few years ago they sold a sweet autumn-ripened version of Dogs Selling Sake, Cats Making Sake.
