Interesting sake! That was my first impression. The moment you take it into your mouth, you will feel a piquant stimulation on the tip of your tongue that will make you think it is carbonated. From there, the fruity and umami flavors spread to the palate and finally recede into a refreshing finish. It is a good sake to drink by itself or with snacks, either way it goes well with both! It is my personal favorite.

I bought this sake because it is the sake shop owner's favorite sake. Mellow flavor and refreshing sharpness! It is good enough to drink by itself, but I think it is better to drink it with salty snacks!

Even though I am relatively averse to acidity in sake, somehow the acidity in this sake does not bother me at all! It also has a good umami flavor and is well balanced. It is a very well-made sake in spite of its reasonable price!

Slightly sweet Including this one, I have the impression that many of Shiga Prefecture's sake have a sharp and clean aftertaste. It tastes good on its own, though, It goes well with cheese as a snack. It is not so good with salty salmon and rice.

Cute brand name Cute label and luminous gimmick of fluorescent paint To be honest, I wasn't expecting much in the way of taste, but to my surprise after drinking it, I found it to be a mega favorite liquor, and I might even put it on my five-finger list! Unusually for a sweet sake, it tastes great with snacks (cheese, salmon and tofu). The mouthfeel is smooth, with a mellow aroma that fills the mouth and a lingering aftertaste that is typical of sake, with the sweetness disappearing in the aftertaste. It is a taste that sticks with me personally, but there are different tastes, And despite its cute appearance, the alcohol content is not so cute, so be careful...

It is rather fruity? and tastes better when drunk on its own. It is just my personal preference, The mouthfeel is nice. However, I expected the umami to come from there, but it seemed to be lacking, as if it would end up as a bud... I'm sure there are many people who like this, but I felt I wanted more mellow umami.

A dog that sells sake and a cat that makes sake. I tasted a happy dessert sake. Anyway, it was sweet!　It is mellow!　It has a sharp characteristic, but does not leave a bad aftertaste. It may be different for different tastes, but I like it very much. It would be perfect if it were a little easier to drink... I vaguely remember that this was sold a few years ago. I vaguely remember that a few years ago they sold a sweet autumn-ripened version of Dogs Selling Sake, Cats Making Sake. which was a personal strike for me, but I feel it is similar to that...

The moment it hits the palate, the impact is impressive, as if one were drinking a carbonated beverage. Unusually for me, who prefers relatively mellow sake, this is my favorite sake, which, despite its clean taste, can be drunk on its own and still be delicious!

Slightly cloudy, not clear. Drinking it by itself, it has a rich flavor and is my personal favorite type. To be honest, I don't think it matches well with snacks (tempura) I don't think so.

My first impression was, "Tasty but not very distinctive?" But when I read the description, "The ultimate food wine", I was convinced! But I was convinced when I read in the description that it is based on the concept of "the ultimate food wine"! It was delicious when paired with cheese, which I had as a snack, and it was very harmonious.
