Slightly cloudy, not clear.
Drinking it by itself, it has a rich flavor and is my personal favorite type.
To be honest, I don't think it matches well with snacks (tempura)

Unusually, I ate out and drank.
It was my first time at Katsuma. Coincidentally, the brewer is an old friend.
The aroma is mild. There is a slight melon scent.
The flavor is also extremely refreshing.
In the aftertaste, you can clearly feel the bitterness, and the alcoholic feeling finishes with a crisp finish. This is a dry wine.
It's good to drink outside.
