They said it could be served cold or warmed.
I started with the cold sake.
Well, this one is definitely dry. As the label on the back says, it is not light, but has a strong sake flavor. It doesn't taste like alcohol either. It is quite tasty.
Next, heated sake!
Oh, the taste of sake is more pronounced.
The aftertaste is sharp with a lingering bitterness in the back of the mouth.
This sake is perfect as a food sake.
